The Hitmen UK + The Rock Choir – Friday 3rd October 9.30pm

The Hit Men originated from Richard Swan’s excellent Sunday night jams at Jam Circus. This is where John (guitar) was mightily impressed by Graham’s soulful vocals & the two decided to form a band in order to play all their favourite songs. Regular gigs at Hopscotch ensued this summer where the lineup expanded to include Felix on bass and backing vox and Elliott on drums. The band added yet more members for the Ravensbourne Arms gig, which featured Dave on trumpet, Andy on sax and Richard Beckett on keys. On this occasion the band teamed up with the Rock Choir (headed by Baz & Lisa) for a memorable live version of the Stones’ You Can’t Always Get What You Want, complete with flugelhorn and all the trimmings! Our aim is to be London’s numero uno party band and have a lot of fun on the way.
